Processing Timeline

• All approved refund, cancellation, or exchange requests take up to 14 business days to be fully processed and reflected in your account.

Orders In the Shipping Process

• Once an order enters our shipping and fulfillment sequence, it is locked for dispatch.
• At this stage, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded while it is being prepared for transit.

Shipped Orders & Finality

• No Refunds After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, we do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.
• Our Complimentary Exchange Offer: While shipped orders are non-refundable, your satisfaction is our priority. If your shipped order does not meet your expectations or requires a different size, we offer a 14-Day Free Exchange. We will replace your item completely free of charge.
• Order Can Be Refunded Only:
  We can refund your order after it has been delivered. Your order will only be eligible for a refund if it is returned to the address we provide, with all tags attached and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
