Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Additionally, if you change your mind about your purchase and your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After-Sales Policy:

1. Return/Exchange Requests: Please provide a clear reason and photos (front, side, and sole of the shoes). Follow the try-on tips carefully. Due to the nature of genuine leather, repeated bending may cause creases that affect resale. Used or worn items are not eligible for return or refund. For non-quality issues, shipping fees are borne by the customer.


2. Inspection & Eligibility: If returned shoes fail to meet the quality return standards (e.g. creases, dirt, or signs of wear), we reserve the right to decline the refund or exchange. Please Watch our Try-On-Tips Video on home page for more details.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, and do not offer pre paid return labels. The shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.

Damages and issues:
 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us sharing images/videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.


Please note: If the package is not accepted or not picked up, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we will be entitled to deduct $15 USD from the amount you will receive in return.
